What you'll be doing As a trusted advisor, you'll help clients build robust data management capabilities that enable innovation, responsible AI and better business decisions.

You'll: Advise clients on data management, governance and AI strategies, helping shape vision, roadmaps and business cases that maximise the value of data.

Design and implement data management operating models, including governance frameworks, stewardship, policies, standards and processes.

Lead or contribute to data governance, data quality, metadata management, master data management (MDM), data lineage and catalogue initiatives.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes, influencing senior stakeholders and driving organisational change.

Work closely with architects, engineers, developers and data scientists to embed governance, quality and compliance into modern data platforms and AI solutions.

Support the delivery of trusted, ethical and compliant AI through strong data foundations and governance practices.

At Senior Consultant level, lead workstreams, mentor colleagues, contribute to thought leadership and support business development activities including proposals, bids and client presentations.

What we're looking for You'll bring a blend of consulting expertise, technical knowledge and stakeholder management skills, including: Proven experience designing and delivering data management, data governance or Master Data Management (MDM) solutions within consulting or industry.

Experience delivering initiatives such as data catalogues, metadata management, data lineage, data quality, master data consolidation or governance frameworks.

Hands-on experience with at least one leading data governance or data management platform, such as Informatica, Collibra, Alation, Ataccama or Microsoft Purview.

Experience defining and embedding data stewardship models, governance processes and operating frameworks.

Strong communication, consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.

A collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and a genuine interest in AI, emerging technologies and data-driven transformation.

Desirable: Experience with AI governance, Responsible AI, AI data preparation, model lifecycle management, bias detection, explainability or the DAMA DMBOK framework.
