A leading European workplace media company is seeking a Head of Technology & Networks to lead its UK technical operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on digital infrastructure, CMS management, installations, programmatic advertising support, and vendor coordination.
You\’ll drive technical strategy, lead a high-performing Networks team, and ensure the reliability and innovation of content delivery systems across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital infrastructure, CMS (e.g. Broadsign), and media hardware operations
- Oversee installations, troubleshooting, and vendor partnerships
- Support programmatic advertising and system integrations
- Improve processes and ensure platform performance and uptime
- Collaborate across content, operations, and commercial teams
What We\’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in DOOH, AV, or digital signage tech
- Skilled in CMS platforms, FTP/API workflows, and basic networking
- Proven leadership with hands-on technical expertise
- Familiarity with programmatic DOOH is a plus
- Certifications (e.g. CCNP/CCIE) are desirable
