Overview
In this role you shape the target architecture and transformation roadmap for large enterprise programs, guiding AI-enabled change across operations and marketing. You work with client executives to translate business goals into practical tech strategies and drive adoption of Agentic AI, Generative AI, and hyperautomation. You mentor delivery teams, support governance, and steer multi-vendor architecture decisions. This high-visibility position combines strategic influence with hands-on, practical delivery at scale, across global clients.

Responsibilities
- Own target architecture, roadmaps and transformation strategy across multiple programmes
- Collaborate with client leadership to convert business goals into tech plans
- Drive adoption of Agentic AI, Generative AI and hyperautomation
- Support governance, architecture reviews and executive decision-making
- Guide delivery teams and mentor architects and technical leads
- Engage with stakeholders across customer operations, marketing operations and AI-enabled processes
Key requirements
- 10+ years in Enterprise or Solution Architecture or Technology Transformation
- Hands-on GCP, Vertex AI, Gemini and AI experience
- Customer support / contact centre operations experience (essential)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce (Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud) and API-based integrations
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders in multi-vendor environments
- Desirable: TOGAF, Google Professional Cloud Architect / Salesforce Architect certifications
