We are recruiting for a Graduate Support Analyst to join a growing technology business delivering specialist software solutions to external customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate in Computing, Maths, Physics, Engineering, or a related subject to develop a career in IT support and systems administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st-3rd line technical support
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Support software testing and deployments
- Maintain system documentation and knowledge base articles
- Assist with project and implementation activities
Skills & Experience:
- Degree in a technical subject (2:1 or above preferred)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Interest in IT infrastructure, databases, and software support
Desirable:
- SQL Server / SQL queries
- Windows Server & Active Directory
- Networking, VPN, IIS, or Citrix exposure
- Support desk or customer service experience
