Are you an Office 365 specialist with strong Microsoft Teams and compliance experience? This short-term contract offers the chance to play a key role in a recordings migration project within a major international banking group. You'll act as the go-to engineer and SME for Microsoft 365 on a project migrating voice and Teams recordings from Dubber to NICE NTR-X, ensuring configuration, compliance, and data integrity across systems.
What you'll be doing:
- Support the migration of Teams and mobile voice recordings from Dubber to NICE NTR-X, ensuring compliance alignment throughout.
- Act as the primary Microsoft 365 technical lead, working alongside a voice engineer to configure Teams voice and compliance recording.
- Provide hands-on Teams, Intune/MDM, and 365 support, resolving issues and ensuring smooth service operation.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and SMEs, ensuring accurate configuration, handover, and documentation.
What you'll need:
- Strong Microsoft 365 expertise, including Teams (voice and compliance) and Intune/MDM.
- Experience working in regulated environments (preferably financial services) with recording and retention policies.
- Proven ability to deliver results independently as the primary technical contact on a project.
Desirable:
- Experience of migrations or integrations between compliance recording platforms (e.g. Dubber, NICE, Verint).
This is a project-based role expected to run until 30th June, with the potential for extension.
