Client Operations Associate - Funds London (Hybrid): 3 Days per week in office, 2 days WFH Package: £40k - £50k base DOE + Benefits + Discretionary Bonus 15% Type: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract Looking for a fresh challenge where your attention to detail and client-first attitude will genuinely be noticed?

This is your chance to join the Fund Operations Team, a specialist function within the wider Client Services division of a well-established, fast-growing investment manager, right at the heart of London's financial services sector.

This is a primarily operational role, with around 20-30% of your time spent on client interaction via phone and email.

You'll be joining a close-knit team of 18, working across the full client operations lifecycle for a business managing billions in assets on behalf of financial advisers, wealth managers, family offices and private investors.

What you'll be doing Client Data Management - Maintaining accurate client, transaction and account data, and generating and distributing client reports.

Onboarding, Dealing Settlement - Processing new client onboarding applications, inputting and validating trades, and supporting cash settlement.
