We are recruiting for a Graduate Support Analyst to join a growing technology business delivering specialist software solutions to external customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate in Computing, Maths, Physics, Engineering, or a related subject to develop a career in IT support and systems administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st-3rd line technical support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Support software testing and deployments
  • Maintain system documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Assist with project and implementation activities

Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in a technical subject (2:1 or above preferred)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Windows Server & Active Directory
  • Networking, VPN, IIS, or Citrix exposure
