We are recruiting for a Graduate Support Analyst to join a growing technology business delivering specialist software solutions to external customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st-3rd line technical support
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Support software testing and deployments

Skills & Experience:
- Degree in a technical subject (2:1 or above preferred)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
