Project Manager – Facilities & Estates (Fixed Term Contract) Bath (Hybrid) Pro Rata Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience) Duration: 4 months, fixed-term engagement About the Opportunity We are working exclusively with a leading, award-winning financial technology company who are seeking a Project Manager / Facilities Manager / Estates Manager) to deliver a high-profile short-term project. This pivotal role will focus on managing an office relocation, overseeing facilities outsourcing requirements, and evaluating service providers to support future workplace operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project manager with a strong background in facilities management, estates, and office moves to deliver measurable impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver the Bath office move project, creating and managing a comprehensive relocation plan. Own and manage the project budget, including tracking and financial reporting. Develop and manage RFPs for outsourced facilities management services. Assess and evaluate potential providers, presenting recommendations to senior leadership. Engage with internal stakeholders, landlords, and contractors to ensure seamless delivery. Support early-stage planning for a potential London office relocation. Skills & Experience Required Proven background in project management within facilities, estates, or workplace operations. Strong track record of delivering office relocations and managing external vendors. Experience drafting and managing RFPs and outsourced provider evaluations. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar). Desirable: PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent certification. Familiarity with sustainability and workplace wellbeing initiatives in office moves Experience across both public and private sector environments.
