Automation and AI Analyst Contract Express / Power BI / Power Automate / SharePoint London (Hybrid - 3 days on-site p/w) 12 Month Fixed Term Contract £50,000 - £60,000 Are you the person who turns a manual legal process into a clean, automated one? This Automation and AI Analyst role puts you at the centre of a leading global law firm's knowledge team in London, building automated legal templates in Contract Express and supporting Power Platform and AI solutions. You'll work closely with Knowledge Lawyers and other stakeholders in a supportive team, with exposure to multiple practice groups and a potential pathway into broader AI-focused opportunities. Immediate start. What You'll Be Doing Designing, developing and maintaining automated legal templates in Contract Express Partnering with Knowledge Lawyers, Counsel and Leads to turn requirements into working automation Supporting Knowledge solutions built in SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI Contributing to AI platform projects where required Delivering against a prioritised automation pipeline and agreed timelinesWhat You'll Bring At least 2 years' experience in a legal practice or professional services business Hands-on experience of Contract Express or a similar document automation platform Experience with Power BI and low/no code tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps Strong SharePoint and Microsoft Office skills Clear communication and strong time management when working with lawyers and other stakeholdersDesirable: Experience of, or a real interest in, AI and emerging technologies What's On Offer 25 days annual leave per year Exposure to multiple practice groups in a supportive team environment A potential pathway into broader AI-focused opportunitiesApply today with your CV for this Automation and AI Analyst role and we'll be in touch.
