Are you a senior Data, AI or Analytics leader who can turn the potential of AI into measurable business transformation? This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking AI Strategy team at the forefront of enterprise AI. You'll work with major organisations to move beyond experimentation, helping them embed Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent assistants and AI-enabled automation into the way they operate, make decisions and create value.
You'll combine strategic thinking, consulting expertise and deep Data & AI knowledge to advise executive and C-suite stakeholders, shape enterprise AI strategies and lead transformation from strategy through to execution.
- Lead enterprise AI transformation, identifying and prioritising high-value opportunities, shaping AI strategies, investment cases and roadmaps, and helping organisations progress from experimentation to enterprise-scale adoption.
- Advise senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner to business leaders and C-suite executives while translating complex AI opportunities into clear business outcomes, measurable value and adoption strategies.
- Design human-centred AI solutions, translating business challenges into AI-enabled products, agentic workflows and intelligent services, while integrating people, AI agents and business processes across customer, employee and operational experiences.
- Shape enterprise AI and data foundations, including AI-ready data platforms, semantic layers, data products and trusted knowledge assets, alongside architectures that enable AI agents to securely interact with enterprise systems and processes.
- Establish responsible AI at scale, shaping governance, security, evaluation and operational practices that make AI solutions reliable, safe and continuously improvable in production.
- Drive commercial and practice growth, leading proposals, RFPs, bids and client pitches, developing propositions and thought leadership, while contributing to recruitment, capability building, campaigns, whitepapers and internal innovation.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams, coaching talent, fostering inclusive and collaborative environments, and building new Data, AI and Agentic AI capabilities as the technology landscape evolves.
Proven senior-level experience leading Data, Analytics and AI transformation, taking organisations from identifying opportunities through to enterprise adoption and measurable business impact.
Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent assistants and AI-enabled automation, with awareness of major enterprise AI ecosystems such as OpenAI, Google, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Experience shaping enterprise AI architectures and AI-ready data foundations, including cloud data platforms, semantic layers, data products, AI evaluation, security, governance and responsible AI.
Strong strategic and commercial acumen, including proposition development, opportunity shaping, bids and successful client engagement leadership.
A track record of building and developing high-performing teams, leading through ambiguity and creating new capabilities in rapidly evolving technology environments.
Experience with agentic architectures, decision intelligence, human-centred AI operating models, thought leadership, recruitment and practice development, plus relevant Data/AI certifications or innovation experience.
