You'll join a global cyber security consulting practice with a formidable track record: over 200 successful digital identity engagements in the past five years, and recognition as one of the world's leading IAM strategic consulting, advisory and delivery providers.
This is a genuinely business-first team. You'll work across the full digital identity spectrum: Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, and Privileged Access Management spanning Enterprise, Customer and Privileged IAM.
What you'll be doing:
- Understanding, challenging and defining IAM business requirements with clients
- Designing and implementing IAM solutions, including both technology and process improvements
- Advising clients on IAM strategy, transformation and Target Operating Models
- Contributing to and leading successful IAM projects end to end
What you'll bring:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an IAM Delivery Consultant
- Proven IAM consultancy and advisory experience, helping organisations improve their digital identity practices
- Experience developing IAM Target Operating Models and effective, repeatable processes
- Strong IAM solution design and architecture capability
- Hands-on delivery experience with technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Ping Identity, Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, BeyondTrust or other modern IAM tooling
- Sole UK nationality (no dual nationals) and active SC clearance both are essential
- Desirable: practitioner or architect-level certifications in relevant IAM technologies, particularly for delivery and architecture-focused work
Working model:
This role is UK-wide and hybrid. Your working week will blend company offices, client sites and home varying according to your role, your needs and those of the clients.
