Join a global IT team where every day is different! You'll join a busy global IT environment supporting users, systems, and infrastructure across multiple sites. This is a hands-on role where you'll troubleshoot issues, support core services, and help keep business-critical systems running smoothly.
What you'll do:
- Provide 1st/2nd line support for Windows devices, servers, printers, and networks
- Manage incidents and requests via ITIL ticketing systems
- Support Active Directory and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure)
- Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues
- Maintain IT assets and documentation
- Support system changes, moves, and occasional out-of-hours cover
What you'll need:
- IT Support / Service Desk experience
- Windows 10/11 and Active Directory knowledge
- Microsoft 365 support experience
- Basic networking troubleshooting skills
- ITIL ticketing system experience
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable: PowerShell, SQL, Citrix, Windows Server
