We are looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for hardware, software, and EPoS systems via phone, email, and in-person. You'll troubleshoot issues, install and maintain systems, and ensure minimal downtime for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st/2nd line service desk support
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows and hardware systems
- Log, manage, and resolve support tickets in line with SLAs
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and TCP/IP Networking issues
- Escalate complex issues where required
- Participate in an on-call rota (once competent)
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years in IT support preferred.
- Any knowledge of EPoS operations, SQL Server, Windows, networking, and remote access tools would be highly desirable.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
