Our client, a leading FCA-authorised financial services provider, is recruiting multiple administrator roles across their expanding Customer and Investment Operations teams in Bath. These vital positions support critical operational and regulatory functions, ensuring smooth processing and excellent service delivery for a major financial services platform. You\’ll be part of collaborative teams responsible for client onboarding, investment processing, reconciliations, and remediation activities. Depending on your skills and experience, your responsibilities may include: Supporting adviser firms with accurate documentation and client onboarding in a high-volume environment. Managing corporate actions, distributions, cash interest, and liaison with fund managers and auditors. Supporting trade execution, contract processing, and transaction reporting with accuracy and compliance. Handling client money reconciliations, regulatory compliance including CASS, and payment processing. Delivering detailed remediation support and ensuring transactional accuracy across client portfolios. We\’re looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following: Responding to customer and internal emails within financial services Reconciling customer accounts on wealth/investment platforms Processing deals on wealth/investment platforms Using Excel to analyse corporate structures and process information Supporting wealth/investment customer portfolio remediationWhy Apply?
