The Finance Manager will play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations of the Group, overseeing the bookkeeping function, managing month-end close processes, and supporting statutory reporting requirements. The Finance Manager will ensure accurate financial records, manage cash flow processes, assist in regulatory compliance, and improve financial controls and processes across the organisation. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a detail-oriented individual looking to step up into a broader finance management position within a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Duties / Areas of Responsibility:
- Manage the day-to-day bookkeeping function, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions across Group companies.
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts, working with the Financial Controller to meet deadlines.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal postings.
- Maintain the purchase and sales ledgers, ensuring timely invoice processing.
