Deer Park School is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Mentor to support student wellbeing and academic progress. You will work with the Pastoral Team and Year Heads to provide individualized guidance, mentoring and early intervention where needed.
You will help identify students needing support, track progress and maintain confidential records, contributing to a positive, inclusive school culture within a growing seven-form secondary school.
