About this Role


SchoolResources/Administration Assistant - 37 hours per week, 8.00am to 4.00pmMonday to Thursday and 8.00am - 3.30pm Friday, term time only (38 weeks). GradeB - Step 1 Actual Annual Salary Β£21,476.35 (which is equivalent to a full timesalary of Β£25,614).


As part of ourcommitment to staff wellbeing RAISE Education Trust is trialling a two weekhalf term break 19th to 30th October 2026. Following thistrial, should the Trust revert back to a one week October half term break from2027 the contractual working weeks would increase to 39 weeks and the salarywould increase accordingly.


Deer Park School is anew state of the art seven-form secondary school which opened in September2021. We are part of the RAISE Education Trust which comprises of Deer ParkSecondary School, Wildern Secondary School and Boorley Park Primary School. Wewill have a PAN of 1050 when full.


As we embarkon our next phase of growth we are seeking to appoint new members to our teamto support us on our journey to excellence. The successful candidate will support theadministrative work throughout the school and the Resources department. Duties include photocopying, laminating,binding booklets, e-mailing and monitoring stock levels. An ability to workunder pressure and prioritise workloads is essential. You must be flexible,reliable and enthusiastic and relate positively to students and staff.Experience of Microsoft Office and Publisher is essential.
