Deer Park School in Southampton is seeking an Attendance Officer to monitor and analyse attendance and punctuality across the school, including specific cohorts.

The role involves working with the Deputy Headteacher and Heads of Year to understand absences and develop strategies to address them.

You will communicate with parents and external providers and keep accurate records using Arbors.

The post is term-time only (38 weeks) with a 35-hour week and a two-week half-term trial.
