Responsibilities
- Care for a group of key accounts consisting of distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and chain stores to build strong relationships with all parties.
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of customer needs and requirements as well as shoppers, categories, and market.
- Deliver volume & leadership in-store presence.
- Articulate and execute appropriate go-to-market strategies for new geographies/categories into which the distributor is growing its business.
- Prepare volume forecasts and plans.
- Collaborate closely with teams from other departments to assist in delivering excellent end-to-end customer service delivery and response to market trends and needs.
- Resolve any issues and problems of your clients and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the Consumer Goods industry. Experience in Tobacco & Vape industry is preferred.
- Good spoken and written command of the English language.
- Proven experience in key account management or B2B sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
