- Confident on camera and comfortable representing the brand in public-facing content
- Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro with good colour, sound, and motion fundamentals. After Effects is a plus
- Strong short-form storytelling and copywriting that entertains and converts
- Data-minded and organised, able to juggle multiple shoots and deadlines without dropping quality
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, or ElevenLabs to speed up workflow
- Basic design skills in Photoshop for thumbnails and social assets. Figma or Illustrator is a plus
What the job involves
- As our new Video & Social Media Content Creator for the UK you will ideate, star in, shoot, and edit short-form video that makes people stop, smile, and try HOLY
- You will be the visible face of the brand in the UK, shaping how we show up across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid social
- Concept and scripting: Turn insights and trends into punchy ideas, hooks, and scripts that feel unmistakably British and unmistakably HOLY
- Create and appear on camera: Lead end to end production from idea to shoot to edit, often featuring yourself on screen
- Edit for impact: Cut scroll-stopping organic and paid assets in Adobe Premiere Pro, with strong pacing, sound, and narrative
- Platform craft: Optimise for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads with smart thumbnails, captions, and formats
- Performance loop: Review results, test variations, and iterate to lift retention, engagement, and conversion
- Collaboration: Work closely with the UK country team, influencer marketing, paid social and design to deliver on the content calendar
