What the job involves
- We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive the delivery of complex cloud platform and software development initiatives at evroc.
- In this role, you will work hands-on with infrastructure engineers, platform engineers, and product teams to plan, coordinate, and execute technically demanding projects in a fast‑paced cloud environment.
- You will operate close to the engineering work itself, owning delivery planning, dependencies, risk management, and execution across initiatives that span cloud infrastructure, platform services, and customer‑facing capabilities.
- You’ll be part of establishing how large‑scale engineering delivery is run at evroc, ensuring predictability, transparency, and momentum as we build Europe’s sovereign cloud.
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of cloud platform and software development initiatives.
- Own project planning, timelines, resource allocation, dependencies, and risk registers.
- Coordinate work across infrastructure engineers, platform engineers, and product development teams.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure teams follow established engineering and delivery processes.
- Track and report project progress, risks, and KPIs to engineering and product leadership.
- Identify blockers early and drive mitigation across teams and stakeholders.
- Contribute to improving delivery processes and establishing scalable project management practices as evroc grows.
