  • You have 1-2 years' experience in technical operations or IT.
  • You have solid experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • You're comfortable with Windows 10/11 and have PowerShell scripting skills.
  • You're familiar with Intune and have a track record of keeping systems running smoothly.
  • You have a good understanding of networking fundamentals.
  • You can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.
  • You're a natural problem solver who genuinely enjoys helping others.
  • You care about building scalable processes that improve your peers' experience with their systems and equipment.
  • Experience with Linux or Mac OS is a plus, as are cybersecurity qualifications or hands-on experience with Docker.
