Requirements

  • You have experience managing technical projects or programmes, ideally delivering software products to clients.
  • You are comfortable working with engineering teams and understand modern software delivery practices.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients.
  • You are highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
  • You are comfortable operating in a fast-moving, scale-up environment with evolving priorities.
  • You take ownership of outcomes and are motivated by delivering high-quality client experiences.
  • Bonus: experience in insurance, fintech or regulated environments (Desirable).
  • Collaborative skills with an emphasis on product quality (Desirable).
  • Experience in insurtech, insurance or related industries (Desirable).
  • Strong problem-solving skills (Desirable).
  • Experience in a distributed work environment.

What the job involves

  • Plan, track and manage delivery across multiple client implementations, ensuring timelines, scope and quality are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during delivery, coordinating across engineering, product and commercial teams.
  • Translate client requirements into clear delivery plans, milestones and dependencies.
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.
  • Drive clear communication, reporting and governance for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve delivery processes, templates and ways of working as the company scales.
