What the job involves

The Talent & Culture Partner is the human face of Connected across the full journey from first conversation to fully embedded team member. They partner closely with recruiters during pre‑screening, sit on the first interview for every candidate, and then carry that same energy through to onboarding, making sure every new hire understands who we are, what we stand for, and why they should be excited to be here. The throughline of this role is culture. Whether the person is screening a candidate, running a first interview, or designing day‑one onboarding, their job is to make sure Connected’s objectives, mission and values are felt, not just stated.
