- Experienced in Talent Acquisition, gained in different organisations that have provided exposure to a variety of business practices
- Understanding of how resourcing practice contributes to achieving strategic business outcomes
- Understanding of talent acquisition, resource planning and on-boarding; up to date with best practice and leading-edge thinking, utilising external networks to bring up to date external thinking into an organisation
- Experienced in developing process and outcome metrics; comfortable with manipulating and interpreting data
- Experience of operating in partnership with HR Business Partners to deliver talent acquisition services

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead, the Talent Acquisition Partner will drive the development and delivery of talent acquisition processes ensuring that these are focused upon hiring and onboarding talent that will help enable delivery of Wellcome’s mission.
