What the job involves
The Solution Lead ensures technical and architectural excellence across client projects by driving the design, validation, and delivery of scalable software implementations. This role bridges the gap between customer demands for passenger predictability and internal business requirements, complementing the Project Manager and Account Manager by taking ownership of the technical vision. They ensure that the final delivery not only meets the passenger’s needs but is also aligned with our strategic approach to solution delivery.
Act as the primary technical advisor to the Project Manager to ensure that project scopes are realistic, estimates prepared, risks identified early, and technical milestones are met by the consulting team. Own the overall solution architecture and framework for implementation projects while ensuring technical consistency and maintainability. Conduct architecture reviews and post-delivery quality assessments to maintain oversight of implementation quality. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for solution discussions with both internal teams and clients. Drive global strategic alignment by establishing efficient collaboration practices and defining training strategies for global implementation teams.
