  • Assist in shaping future security services on key client accounts
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of networking
  • Experience in the design, implementation and ongoing management of security toolsets and technologies within both on-premises and cloud environments
  • Experience or knowledge of operating systems, PKI, anti-virus, firewalls, device and application control, privileged access management, vulnerability management, security monitoring
  • Comfortable with scripting eg Powershell, Bash
  • Good understanding of non-functional/quality requirements within security toolset designs
  • Strong awareness of governance, risk and compliance
  • Awareness and understanding of modern technology tools eg Git, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, and their related security considerations
  • Ability to communicate key details of technical solutions to a variety of stakeholders, including non-technical audiences
  • Ability to plan, design and demonstrate proof of concepts relating to a variety of security toolsets

  • Provide second and third level technical support on incidents and problems
  • Monitor overall system performance and ensure smooth system functionality
  • Create, maintain, and utilise documentation
  • Requirements consulting, design, implementation and maintenance of security toolsets and integrations
  • Assist the Account Security Team with processes and policies
