We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who’s excited to explore a variety of product challenges across Dialpad. You’ll collaborate closely with other designers, engineers, and product managers to craft intuitive, scalable experiences that help people connect and communicate better—powered by AI. This position reports to our Sr. Director of Product Design, and is looking for someone to join the team in our London office.
- Lead complex, high-impact product initiatives from discovery to release.
- Ship regularly—prioritising real-world impact over pixel-perfect mockups.
- Design AI-powered features and workflows that feel intuitive, are trustworthy, and valuable.
- Work alongside engineers to refine implementation details and ensure high-quality execution.
- Ship front-end development into the codebase.
- Use necessary tools to create prototypes and/or tools to test workflows, interactions, and edge cases.
- Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals to deliver measurable outcomes.
