About the role

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you’ll act as a key finance partner to Operations—owning critical forecasting processes, improving reporting accuracy, and delivering insights that drive performance. You’ll work across multiple cost areas and geographies, helping the business understand its cost base, evaluate opportunities, and optimise efficiency as we scale.

What you’ll be doing

  • Act as a trusted finance partner to Operations, supporting evaluation of commercial opportunities and risk
  • Use data-driven insights to influence decision‑making and improve performance
  • Own weekly reporting support—identifying issues, resolving errors, and improving outputs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reporting is accurate, meaningful, and actionable
  • Own global forecasting and month‑end reconciliation for Postage, Packaging and GP Letters
  • Support forecasting and reconciliation of Direct wages (Customer Service, Clinical, Fulfilment and Credit card fees across multiple geographies and providers)
  • Work with the FP&A team to produce monthly departmental P&Ls for Operations leadership
  • Support cost‑to‑serve modelling for new geographical launches
  • Contribute to key FP&A deliverables, including Weekly trade reporting and Board and executive‑level reporting
  • Develop a deep understanding of key P&L drivers and assumptions
  • Provide proactive analysis, challenge, and insight to improve business performance
  • Maintain and improve cost‑to‑serve automated reporting
  • Act as a key finance contact for ad hoc reporting support
  • Help enhance data quality, reporting logic, and operational insight
  • Support senior stakeholders and the FP&A Director on strategic and ad hoc initiatives

Who you are

  • 3+ years in commercial finance, FP&A, or consulting
  • Strong experience in forecasting and quantitative analysis
  • Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and deliver projects
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and navigating ambiguity
  • Experience in a D2C or online business model (preferred)
  • Strong data analysis skills with a commercial mindset
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Solid understanding of financial systems and BI tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, problem‑solving approach
