What the job involves

This is a revenue role — and we mean that seriously. As Senior Demand Generation Manager, for EMEA, you'll own the marketing engine that drives qualified pipeline across the region, working hand‑in‑hand with your marketing colleagues and sales to accelerate business growth. You'll join at a pivotal moment as the EMEA business scales, and you'll be instrumental in building the processes, frameworks, and team capability that underpin that growth. You'll report to the Director of Regional Marketing and manage two direct reports with broad influence across the department. Your remit spans the full EMEA region and will need strong collaboration with US headquarters. You’ll spend your first 30–60 days understanding the existing EMEA landscape — tech stack, programmes, and team dynamics — before driving change.

  • Lead and develop a team of demand marketers, investing time in coaching them to grow to their potential
  • Own EMEA demand generation, driving qualified pipeline and revenue contribution with clear accountability for results
  • Implement and optimise across the full marketing mix: paid media, email, web, events, and offline channels using tools including Marketo, 6Sense, Salesforce, and SalesLoft
  • Use AI tools and data‑driven insights to improve efficiency and sharpen decision‑making across the team
  • Build and optimise the demand generation infrastructure: attribution models, lead scoring frameworks, reporting structures, and process standards
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing Operations, and Product to ensure seamless lead handoff and shared pipeline accountability
  • Present performance analysis and strategic recommendations to senior marketing leadership
  • Lead the EMEA website as a demand generation channel, driving content strategy and performance
