- 4–6 years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role within digital, payments or platform environments
- Experience defining and owning product vision and roadmaps, balancing customer, partner and risk needs
- Strong ability to translate customer problems into prioritised backlogs, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience working closely with engineering teams, with sufficient technical understanding to assess feasibility and complexity
- Proven experience delivering value using agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban), with hands‑on use of tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, using data and insight to drive decisions
- (Desirable) Experience working in Financial Services
- (Desirable) Exposure to financial planning, cost control or dependency management within product delivery
- (Desirable) Experience working with APIs, data‑led products or regulated environments
