Requirements At least 3 years professional experience, including 2 years in a product roleA track record of building world‐class products end‐to‐end that have created loads of value for customers as well as delivering business resultsWe are changing a huge financial industry – you are excited about being a part of this big opportunity (even if you know nothing about Insurance right now!)Bonus points if you\’ve dabbled with SQL, HTML / CSS, Python or any other programming languageYou\’ll have the ability to think critically with experience in leveraging business data to drive resultsWhat the job involves Product Managers at Urban Jungle sit at the heart of our cross‐functional teams. You\’ll work on everything from improving our purchase and claims experience, to launching brand new products, to building world‐class tooling for our Operations team (and so much more)Day‐to‐day, you\’ll get stuck in to understanding user needs, analysing data, running experiments, tackling interesting business problems and finding creative ways to solve them. You\’ll have a huge impact on the business from day oneIn this role, you\’ll work closely with our Product Director, Toby, as well as getting lots of exposure to our senior leadership team – who\’ve previously led some of the world\’s fastest‐growing businesses – as you play a pivotal role in achieving our company\’s growth plansYou\’ll be tackling our biggest business problems from the get‐go, collaborating across various teams in the business, including insurance, operations, commercial, and of course, working very closely with our engineering teamsYou\’ll design and scope features to meet these goals. You\’ll oversee their development, testing, and eventual launchOnce you\’ve shipped key features, you\’ll measure performance, identify improvements, and advocate for changes to make our products even betterYou\’ll manage cross‐functional projects from end to end, showcasing your ability to bring teams together to deliver outstanding resultsOf course, as a startup we\’ll also expect you to roll your sleeves up and get involved wherever the company needs you
