Requirements
- 3 - 5+ years of Partner Management experience in a high growth SaaS environment
- Direct experience in the UK region
- Experience managing partner leads throughout the entire deal cycle (from lead submission to closed won) and owning a pipe gen or revenue target
- Ability to efficiently identify best-fit partners based on rigorous, full context analysis
- Proven ability to develop effective partner engagement strategies based on deep understanding of individual partners and levers for mutual value generation
- Experience working with partner marketing for defining, aligning and executing joint partner marketing measures
- Comfortable with building a partner book of business from scratch
- Capable of leading external client or partner conversations with executives
- Thriving in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
- Willingness to travel as required

What the job involves
- As Partner Manager in the UK, you will play a pivotal role in running and shaping our channel partnership programs, supporting the company’s fast growth and revenue objectives
- You will be responsible for recruiting new HR Advisory partners, growing and managing an existing book of business, and generating revenue for the organization through partner referrals and deal influence
- Drive accelerated growth in the UK region through consistent and thoughtful partner engagement strategies
- Recruit and manage a pipeline of net new partners: from HR Consultancies, Advisory partners, HRIS experts, System Integrators and Employment Services businesses
- Ensure partner success in the first 90 days and beyond as they work through onboarding to becoming productive pipeline and revenue-driving partners
- Develop and execute a long-term strategy for managing and growing a portfolio of partner accounts
- Work with Tech Partner managers to leverage existing relationships with integration partners to tap into their channel partner networks effectively
- Become an expert in presenting the value of our Partner Program, continuously refining your partner recruitment approach
- Identify and prioritize the right partners for our program, focusing on the UK priority markets & segments
- Establish and maintain regular engagement cadences with existing partners to foster continuous pipeline growth and keep HiBob top of mind
- Organize and host partner engagement and marketing activities, including lunch & learns, co-marketing campaigns, webinars, etc., to deepen partner relationships and drive mutual net new business success
- Work cross-functionally with sales and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience for new partners and their clients, facilitating successful outcomes
- Create and deliver presentations that help communicate impact and requirements of the HiBob Partner Program to key stakeholders, gain organizational buy-in and drive execution
