What the job involves
- You get assigned a portfolio of partners. They are YOUR TEAM. You manage their ramp, performance, & long term success:
- Dedicating a fixed amount of time to assist in their active implementations
- Organize & support their internal training
- You monitor the progress of their implementations & report on it internally
- Our team runs the consultant's certification program. Expect to run the trainings, meet a lot of people, assess and certify them
- Act as the main point of contact for the qualification and initial training of new partners
- Support the Partner Excellence Program through operational tasks, process improvements, and other initiatives: mostly training & reporting (in Pigment)
- Collaborate closely with the Partner Account Manager to align the sales strategy and the quality of partners' work
