- Working closely with the General Counsel, you’ll manage your own matters end-to-end, collaborating with teams across the business to deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, including NDAs, procurement contracts and customer agreements.
- Supporting commercial transactions with appropriate supervision.
- Providing legal support on complex space-related projects and transactions.
- Managing assigned legal matters independently while escalating risks when needed.
- Working closely with teams across the business — including Revenue, Procurement and Supply Chain — to provide pragmatic legal advice.
- Translating legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders.
