You will lead the planning and execution of complex delivery initiatives, ensuring delivery alignment with strategic objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
You will be responsible for orchestrating Agile delivery across several Scrum teams, managing dependencies, and influencing stakeholders across engineering, product, and operations.
Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping delivery practices, mentoring scrum teams, and ensuring successful outcomes across the product lifecycle.
Own and drive delivery strategy across multiple Agile teams, ensuring alignment with product and technology roadmaps.
Lead Agile ceremonies and delivery planning, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across teams. Champion Agile best practices and coach delivery teams in scrum practices.
