  • Demonstrable AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) expertise
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform, GitLab CI and Bash/Python
  • Orchestration and monitoring tools – Istio, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK
  • 6+ years in DevOps or Platform Engineering roles in a lead role
  • Proven experience building and operating cloud-native platforms
  • Strong communication, problem solving and collaboration skills
  • (Desirable) Development experience in a major language (Java, C++, C# etc.)
  • (Desirable) AWS certifications and financial services background

  • As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you’ll be a hands-on technical leader, guiding the design and implementation of modern DevOps and platform engineering practices:
  • Automate full-stack infrastructure using Terraform and GitLab
  • Lead the design of CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI to enable fast, secure, and reliable software delivery
  • Deploy and manage Kubernetes workloads using Amazon EKS and Istio Service Mesh for service discovery, traffic management, and observability
  • Implement monitoring and alerting to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with development and business goals
  • Mentor and guide DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, automation, security and operational excellence
