What the job involves

  • Cloud Imperium Games is seeking a motivated, people-focused IT Project Manager to help deliver meaningful IT improvements across systems, infrastructure and services.
  • This role is suited to someone who has moved beyond the early stages of their career and is ready to take on greater ownership and complexity.

  • Coordinate and drive IT projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring progress, clarity and accountability.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across IT, Production, Operations and external partners — keeping everyone aligned, informed and engaged.
  • Translate technical updates into clear, business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Keep momentum high: follow up actions, remove blockers, and motivate contributors to maintain delivery pace.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops and project discussions — ensuring everyone's voice is heard and actions are captured and followed through.
  • Maintain simple, clear project reporting and documentation, including disciplined action, risk, assumption, issue and dependency (RAID) tracking.
  • Coordinate external suppliers and partners, tracking deliverables and holding them accountable to timelines and quality.
  • Support problem‑solving conversations, helping teams navigate challenges, uncover options and find a way forward even when the answer isn’t obvious.
  • Support continuous improvement in how IT collaborates, plans and delivers outcomes.
  • Bring positive energy and initiative; someone who lifts others, drives progress and keeps people focused on delivery.
  • This role is designed for someone who wants to grow quickly into an advanced Project Manager.
