- Maintain simple, clear project reporting and documentation, including disciplined action, risk, assumption, issue and dependency (RAID) tracking.
- Coordinate external suppliers and partners, tracking deliverables and holding them accountable to timelines and quality.
- Support problem‑solving conversations, helping teams navigate challenges, uncover options and find a way forward even when the answer isn’t obvious.
- Support continuous improvement in how IT collaborates, plans and delivers outcomes.
