We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our Sales Pack and help us grow. We want someone who is passionate about sales and building relationships with customers, representing our company values and having a can-do attitude.

We are skill-focused, but the right personal skills are equally important. That's why passion and eagerness are things we look for the most.

Your aim is to make sure all our customers can find our beautiful brand at arm's length in your territory. Your focus area will be Manchester, although there will be times when we will need you to be flexible and visit other areas all around the UK.

You will be helping us unlock all the potential of the Specialty Channel. You will fully manage the Specialty Independents in your area (distribution, in-store visibility & POS, recommendation, demos and display) and also visit some key Specialty Chains to build relationships with the store managers.

Opening new business will be one of your key priorities. You will be responsible for your turnover targets and financial reporting. We will be running campaigns throughout the year that will have different targets and KPIs for you to deliver.

Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales and Supply to make sure all targets are met.
