  • Operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
  • Management skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Organised and able to manage competing demands
  • Experience with CMS platforms and working with development teams
  • Understanding of SEO, experimentation and workflow tools such as Jira (desirable)

  • Collaborate with Product, Paid Media, Compliance, UX and Development teams to deliver improvements
  • Lead delivery from idea through to implementation, testing and performance analysis
