What the job involves
- Be the force multiplier that amplifies tech leadership impact across OakNorth. You’ll work directly with the CTO and senior engineering leaders, gaining unique visibility into strategic decisions while building critical operational and technical skills.
- You’ll remove friction, drive clarity, and create the space for the team to do their best work—turning chaos into capability.
- Run cohort onboarding programmes including scheduling, materials, checklists and follow ups.
- Coordinate vendors and manage light vendor relationships and delivery trackers.
- Gather, reconcile and maintain reporting inputs linked to senior manager responsibilities and risk logs.
- Perform research and produce concise briefings that support technical and regulatory decisions.
- Own meeting administration for tech leadership: agendas, notes, actions and escalation tracking.
- Maintain and improve the Tech Ops knowledge base, runbooks and standard templates.
- Support sandbox and environment provisioning requests and basic CI/CD deployment coordination where appropriate.
- Assist with data collection and dashboards that surface delivery health, risks and blockers.
- Drive small continuous improvement initiatives that remove common friction points.
Success Metrics
- Measured reduction in senior leadership admin hours per week or month.
