  • Experienced in Talent Acquisition, gained in different organisations that have provided exposure to a variety of business practices.
  • Understanding of how resourcing practice contributes to achieving strategic business outcomes.
  • Understanding of talent acquisition, resource planning and on-boarding; up to date with best practice and leading-edge thinking, utilising external networks to bring up to date external thinking into an organisation.
  • Experienced in developing process and outcome metrics; comfortable with manipulating and interpreting data.
  • Experience of operating in partnership with HR Business Partners to deliver talent acquisition services.
