This team is building a modern outbound notification platform that works across multiple channels for a UK public sector organisation. The service enables communication with customers and third parties and includes functionality for managing user contact preferences.

You’ll develop and maintain features such as Message Centre, BAU onboarding releases, and Strategic Events Platform. Upgrade applications (Documentum, RHEL, SFT Agent) and implement secure development changes. Enhance monitoring and alerting for platform reliability. Support migration.
