Requirements

  • The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in designing and implementing Snowflake‐based cloud data platforms that are scalable, secure, and business‐aligned.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing Snowflake architectures for enterprise clients.
  • Strong consulting values with the ability to interface effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Hands‐on experience with SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, and BI/analytics tools.
  • Deep understanding of the data lifecycle (ingestion, storage, processing, governance, consumption).
  • Ability to link business objectives with technology strategy and execution.
  • Strong problem‐solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience leading data modernisation initiatives across multiple sectors (e.g., banking, insurance, telecom, public sector, manufacturing, retail).
  • Extensive experience with Snowflake features (e.g., data sharing, Snowpark, zero‐copy cloning, performance tuning).
  • Proficiency in cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure‐as‐code (e.g., Terraform).
  • Strong background in databases, data warehouses, and distributed processing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with BI and data exploration tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Talend).
  • Experience with data security, governance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Expertise in large‐scale ETL/ELT pipeline implementation using custom and packaged tools.

Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in data architecture, engineering, or consulting roles, with at least 3+ years in Snowflake solution architecture. Ideally SnowPro Core certification or above.

Education: University degree required. Preferred: BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field; Snowflake certification(s) strongly desirable.

As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with client partners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define Snowflake strategies, design robust architectures, and implement best practices. You will thrive in a fast‐evolving technology environment, continuously expanding your knowledge to ensure NTT DATA and our clients remain at the forefront of data innovation.
