What the job involves
- This role will report to the Director of Finance & Strategy and will be part of a very lean, high-performing team.
- The candidate will be a business partner to leaders across Commercial, Growth, Operations and Clinical, helping to drive decision making and performance.
- The team is also responsible for Investor Relations and Corporate Development.
- You'll be partnering closely with key stakeholders across Growth, Product, Ops & Clinical, spanning all clinical pathways, to help drive decision making and prioritisation - ultimately being responsible for driving overall top and bottom line business performance.
- Building business cases and plans for new strategic initiatives across all areas of the business.
- Strategic and financial planning, including yearly and quarterly P&L forecasting, and driving capital allocation decisions between existing geographies and categories, as well as new bets.
- Guiding key investment decisions, resource allocation, and strategic commercial strategies to grow the business fast and efficiently.
- Assisting with Investor Relations and Corporate Development activities.
