What the job involves
- We're looking for a Senior Talent Lead to take end‑to‑end ownership of roles for one of our hiring managers, owning the whole process from sourcing to close.
- You’ll partner directly with one of our senior stakeholders, depending on which Hiring Manager you're paired with.
- This will be one of our Chief Commercial Officer, VP Customer, Head of Product or our Engineering Leads.
- In the interim, you'll dotted‑line report into both our CFO and your primary Hiring Manager partner, but you will report directly to our Talent Leader once they're hired.
- You’ll work to define and execute a high‑quality hiring engine for your area of excellence.
- You’ll drive everything from sourcing and outreach, to process design, to candidate closing.
- You’ll help us recruit top‑tier talent and position Omnea as one of the best places to build a career.
