By connecting our teams, aligning priorities, and creating joint momentum, you will generate pipeline, influence deals, and make our ecosystem a durable advantage for the business. You succeed when partners choose to bring us into opportunities and our sales teams see you as essential to winning.

  • Define and prioritise the partners that can create the greatest impact for Planday
  • Develop and grow relationships that open doors to new opportunities
  • Create joint business plans with clear targets, activities, and accountability
  • Enable partner teams to position, sell, and advocate for Planday effectively
  • Build strong relationships across partner sales, leadership, and operational stakeholders
  • Drive partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline in collaboration with Sales
  • Work with AEs to progress and win opportunities originating from the ecosystem
  • Increase partner engagement through structured rhythms, incentives, and visibility of success
  • Partner with Product and the Partnerships Product Manager to align commercial opportunity with integration priorities
  • Represent partner needs internally and help strengthen Planday’s ecosystem proposition
