  • As a Senior Paid Social Specialist at Launch With Us, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimising paid social campaigns across a portfolio of high-growth DTC e-commerce brands
  • You’ll work closely with Growth Strategists and Creative teams to execute campaigns that drive measurable commercial results. Your focus will be on campaign performance, scaling, testing, optimisation, and platform excellence across Meta and TikTok

Paid Social Campaign Management

  • Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok for a portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands
  • Monitor performance daily and make proactive adjustments to improve efficiency and growth
  • Execute full-funnel strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and retention activity
  • Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
