Palo Alto Networks is looking for a growth-minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our EMEA Centre of Excellence. The Sr Marketing Specialist’s primary responsibility is the execution and coordination of in-person and virtual events, managing event delivery, and coordinating audience acquisition programs for key events across multiple regions in multiple languages.
This role is aligned to the global events team and regional marketing managers, focusing predominantly on the success and end-to-end management of virtual and in-person EMEA-level flagship events. In this role, you will closely align and support the EMEA Events Manager and regional field marketing teams to deliver a plan that achieves regional Demand Generation targets and supports the localised communication strategy, demonstrating solid project management skills.
As part of the EMEA Centre of Excellence, you will also participate in centralised initiatives that help the wider EMEA Marketing team to be more efficient, effective, and innovative. Deliver on our event execution plans, including logistics, promotion, follow-up, and reporting of key virtual and in-person EMEA-level events, often with content in multiple languages, in alignment with global and regional stakeholders.
Drive audience acquisition programs to support the success of highest-priority events, including the flagship event series, Ignite on Tour. Success is defined by the quality and quantity of registrations to any given event. The impact of this role is directly linked to the success of the company - the better you perform, the more pipeline our sales teams are able to generate.
Track and manage program effectiveness and apply learning from industry insights and best practices to continually optimise the customer journey from promotion through execution, delivery, follow-up, and nurture. Maintain a disciplined communication and reporting cadence with Marketing & Sales stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization. Bring new ideas and innovative talent to help Palo Alto Networks engage customers and prospects repeatedly. Liaise with 3rd-party vendors & agencies to explore new ideas and activities. Ensure administrative tasks are completed diligently and in a timely manner.
