What the job involves:
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Brand Activation to join our UK Brand Partnerships team. This is a hands-on commercial role focused on onboarding new partners, growing account value, and supporting strong campaign delivery for brands across the UK and Europe.
- You’ll be responsible for qualifying, prioritising and proactively building a pipeline of high-potential partners.
- You’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle—from discovery, pitch and negotiation, through to signed agreement, onboarding and campaign management.
- You’ll also serve as a key business point of contact for EU affiliate platform partners, providing consultative support on how to maximise value from their LTK partnership.
- Lead live and virtual demos of LTK’s self-service SaaS platform, tailoring product walk-throughs to each prospect’s use case and level of familiarity.
- Hit and exceed ambitious new business and growth targets, with clear accountability for revenue outcomes.
- Vet & prioritise brand inbound requests based on potential: run introductory discovery/demo calls, and support smooth onboarding of new brand partners.
- Manage a portfolio of brand partners—helping them activate successful campaigns, deepen their investment with LTK, and optimise their long-term success across our platform.
- Lead outbound sales efforts by crafting and refining messaging and outreach strategies to engage high-potential brand partners.
- Consistently identify and convert opportunities to increase partner investment and unlock new revenue streams.
- Partner with EU affiliate networks to act as the non-technical point of contact, helping them understand LTK’s commercial value and how to grow through the platform.
- Drive sales across LTK revenue streams, including paid influencer collaborations, media, events, and commission-based sales.
- Present demos, pitch proposals, campaign wrap-ups and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Accurately manage your pipeline and internal systems (e.g. HubSpot). Monitor, forecast, and report on sales performance at a weekly, monthly, and quarterly level.
- Guide campaigns from brief to wrap, managing communication and hand-offs across teams.
- Partner closely with Campaign Operations and Creator Success to ensure flawless execution.
- Ensure creator campaigns align with client expectations and reflect best-in-class delivery.
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal for timely billing, contracts, and onboarding requirements.
- Escalate blockers and troubleshoot issues to keep timelines and budgets on track.
- Serve as the day-to-day commercial point of contact for your accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them build successful long-term strategies on LTK.
- Proactively share performance insights and product updates to maintain strong momentum.
- Identify emerging challenges or potential risks and flag early to internal stakeholders.
